Steve Fairchild did one hell of a job in getting the Colorado State Rams to a bowl game in his first year on the job. In 2008, the Rams finished with a 7-6 record after beating Fresno State, 40-35, in a very entertaining New Mexico Bowl. It’s always easier for a new staff in the second year, and Fairchild believes he has the foundation to return to CSU’s glory years. If the Cougars can get back on track after likely going 0-2 in those contests, they can contend for the MWC title. They’ll be happy w
